  • If an order is not picked up within the specified time frame, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be issued as a gift card. The gift card will be held for pickup within 14 business days. If not picked up within 30 days, there is a possibility of forfeiting the refund.

  • The Booze Bank does not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless they are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the store within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide proof of purchase and photos of the item.
