PITCH BOOZE BANK ID POLICY
A person ordering and paying for the product must complete pickup, or inform PITCH BOOZEBANK at the time of Pickup who will be picking up the order.
A person picking up the order MUST BE 21 with a valid Government issued ID. PITCH Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
PITCH BOOZE BANK PICKUP POLICY
All Orders placed at the Booze Bank must be picked up at the PITCH location it was ordered from within 5 business days, by the end of business hours.
If the order is not picked up, PITCH reserves the right to place the product back into inventory with a 25% restocking fee. The remaining amount will be placed on a gift card and held for the person to pick up within 14 business days. If the gift card is not picked up within 30 days, the person will be subject to forfeiting their refund.
